Quiet Convergence
98 × 84 x 4 cm, 2026
Mixed media on Belgian linen and Aluminium Frame
Woven Light Series
Built through layers of texture, mineral pigments and luminescents veils, Quiet Convergence explores the unseen forces that draw lives, memories and experiences into relationship. Raised linear forms intersect across the surface like woven pathways, suggesting that connection is formed gradually through time, presence and shared experience.
The textured surface catches and releases light as the viewer moves, revealing subtle shifts in colour, depth and reflection. These changing qualities speak to the evolving nature of memory, belonging and the relationships that continue to shape us.
Quiet Convergence is an invitation to pause and consider the invisible structures that hold our lives together. Like light woven through the surface, connection is revealed through accumulated moments of care, resilience and shared experience, reminding us that what endures is often quiet, yet deeply transformative.
